Hectic Weekend..

Last Friday, after Prof M posted the deadline (which was last Sunday) for the assignment in the forum, I called him asking to elaborate on the topic assigned to me. There you go.. 2 days to finish a 8-pages assignment. I quickly surfed the internet at my office (no connection at home), saved as many info from the web and bring it home. That night, I decided to stay up late to finish it, at least half of it. I prepared myself with a can of Per'l Cafe Coffee with Kacip Fatimah (I tell u... this coffee really power) to help me stay awake throughout the night. As I was typing on my PC, I heard a dog howling.. OMG.. you knowlah when a dog with that kinda sound, there must be something eeriee outside. I dah tak senang duduk. Dah la PC tepi tingkap, hubby dah slumber, I looked at the clock.. it's 3am. I remembered Zetty's 3 am entry, so made up my mind. Tutup PC, wash up sikit, on the bed, tarik selimut and pejam mata rapat2. But this KF coffee has really gave a kick on me.. I couldnt sleep at all. I dont know how long for me to enter the dreamland. Pusing kiri tak kena, pusing kanan tak kena, tried holding my hubby pun tak jalan.. aiyoo..

The next morning, I was awaked by a ring on my hp. The clock showed 730am. The caller "Ina, I dah kat depan rumah u nak bagi barang yang u ordered tu". Alahai.. pagi ye mamat ni hantar barang. So went outside, took the thing and tried to go back to sleep tapi tak boleh. Tension.. tension.. Apa lagi, continued with my assignment lah.. After breakfast, we all went out to OU. Jalan2, makan2, shopping2 then went home around 7pm. I was so tired and sleepy, I slept on the journey home. Tiba kat rumah, after washed up, terus sambung tidur. Luckily my hubby was around to make dinner for the kids.

Sunday morning, continued with my assignment. At 3pm, sent Adam to his friend's birthday party at Sect 9. Drove to McD, bought Choc Sundae for Adli (since he didnt join the brother to the party). By 6pm, managed to finish the assignment, fetched Adam, went to CC and emailed my work to Prof M. Okay... 2 down and 1 more to go... Really hectic..

The Escapade...

Since my classes started 3 weeks ago, I was busy with work plus the school assignments, which left little time for me to go to pee. One is due this weekend, another will be due next weekend and awaiting for another yet to be assigned.

Anyway, last Friday, I managed to escape from all the dues. Went to a Corporate Client cocktail reception at RP, Saujana Hotel with hubby. Very relaxing with soft music, drink all we can and good food. We left around 8.30pm, fetched the kids, catched the 9.10pm movie - Pirates of the Carribean 2 at Summit USJ. A thumbs-up movie. Full of actions and very hilarious. Johnny Depp is really a good actor and good looking too even in that pirate costume. The kids love it so do I.

Next day, went to a small reunion party at Top Hat Restaurant in KL. Nice place, very cosy and private. The food... all I can say.. sumptuous and delicious. It was an enjoyable afternoon meeting my friends from batch '92 - ITM Perak. Full of laughter, sharing our moments in college. There were door gifts, lucky draws (well, I was not so lucky that day) and a game too.

The rest of the days... I'm accompanied with books and assignments. Fun eh!!! I'm outta here...
