Shah Alam flooded!!

Sunday 26 Feb.
Adam's school sport's day at Matsushita Stadium, Sect 21, Shah Alam. He was selected for 80 meter run and won 3rd prize. Not bad eh.. I'm so proud of him. Unfortunately, I was unable to see him running as I have Sunday classes. Luckily, my hubby was available for him. Only that when they finished around 10.30am, they reached home nearly 1pm due to the floods.

As I was waiting for my friend, Shareen to pick me up for Sunday classes, she called around 7.30am telling me she's stuck in a massive traffic after the Batu Tiga toll. I told her probably it was due to the floods as I know Bt Tiga is well known as one of the flooded areas but I didn't know it was really bad till few of my coursemates called telling me the same story. Since we'll be having a mid-test at 8.30am, I told them to take Makro Shah Alam route but unfortunately, all areas near the Sungai Damansara were also affected. Since my hubby has took the car to Adam's sport's day, I asked my dad to send me to the class. By 8.40am when our lecturer came, there was only 6 out of 27 of us in the class. The lecturer told us that the test must go on and it did. Anyway, the rest who came late was able to take the test but were given a short time to finish it up.

Here are some pics of the floods in Shah Alam (courtesy of today's The Star). I have never seen Shah Alam affected so badly. It was devastating..

I lurve it so much too.

P/s : Emil is kinda sloppish - so, when I need him to speed up a little, I'll chant "Run Forrest Run" to him, too.

That would be quite unfair, because flodd is not something that we can control.

Well, how was the test?

Luckily u didn't affected by the flood. The girls who were renting my house in TTDI jaya were suffering from their vehicles damage.

Pity them...

Hi Lanie..
... and he keeps eating and eating and eating it...*drool*. Well, there's so much can be learnt from that movie. I lurve it.. lurve it..

Hi Izham..
Not fair?!! Indeed but I'm gonna zip my lips.. Now hoping for a replacement test so that everyone could re-sit and my chances to do better than the 1st one.. *wink wink*.

If the girls are suffering from their vehicles damage, then how about your rented house? No damage meh?
