Bakso

Last Saturday, my dad's niece, Rina (I don't really know her and most of my dad's relatives as they live up north and I seldom go there), who is studying at PTPL in Shah Alam (Pusat Teknologi & Pengurusan Lanjutan) came with her bunch of friends (7 of them) for buka puasa. My dad request me to cook Bakso (originally from Indonesia, a noodle soup with meatballs) for them. I learned to cook Bakso from my mother-in-law, who is very knowledgeable in cooking. So I gave my dad a list of what need to buy as he has so much time to shop them at Giant Hypermarket.

So my Saturday starts as early as 9am, after I sent my hubby to commuter station. He commute everyday to work. I did some cleaning around the house and started cooking around 11am. Around 2pm, I freshen up a little and took a nap. I started arranging the table and preparing the garnishing around 4pm. My sister, Tini came with her two adorable daughters (Putri NurAdib Jasmine and Putri NurIman Cempaka) and my brother, Nizam (it was his birthday too) came with his 3-month pregnant wife, Wanie.
It was a tiring day for me but a good and enjoyable buka puasa with everyone complimented my cooking (at least..haha).
